Billing errors and horrible service!!!

Cell C client for 12 years with monthly bill seldom reaching R700.Upgraded to Anytime 200 contract on 1/11/2013 (previously Active chat 220) via call centre. Since then monthly bill kept climbing to extreme heights of R1900 without any change in usage! Requested detailed statement which showed irregularities. Phoned customer service where agent referred me to a shop. Went to CellC in Cresta where I was referred to the Sandton City shop. They informed me that their system doesn't reflect my upgrade as well as that my January bill is R1900! They also verified that my Apps don't update automatically so this can't be the cause of high data usage. Again logged a query. Technician phoned me stating that the majority of the data usage was Whatsapp - IMPOSSIBLE. I've had this App for years. Requested a detailed billing account-MANY ERRORS.Logged another query for previous statements in the 1st week of January-Still waiting. I received R43.00 credit from CellC for incorrect data charge-where is the rest? I have since disabled my internet connection- but account still reflects data usage! Should the R1900 be deducted from my account (due 1 Feb) I will go viral and exploit the power of social media.
