I have been trying for the last three months to resolve a billing query with CellC for internet usage charges that exceed the network capabilities. I am charge for using 1194062 bps within 1 second followed by another transaction a second later for 2907032bps for the same durationof 1second. It amazing how supposedly network engineers can call customers and assume that the download speed can allow such traffic.

Is there someone out there that can assist CellC is a blackhole, call centre agents cannot help, stff memebers hide in the stack of hay. Not a single individual is prepared to take ownership of any customer complaint. I find this very apaulling after 9years of customer loyalty to CellC. Help help, help;Help
