Shame, Vodacom, things must really be tough

I received a call with an offer to migrate 1 of my numbers to a new package. I agreed to have my number 979 migrated to a Smart 299, BUT the others 988 and 099 SHOULD STAY on the packages they were.

Then I get SMSs on the numbers: the migration has been done.

I phone, asking to have it fixed. "We will fix it and call you." Saturday

I phone again on Monday.
Then I'm told I WILL HAVE TO PAY THE RE-MIGRATION FEES! "We will contact you within 24 hours..."

Off to Vodaworld, Midrand; I wait in CUSTOMER CARE for 58 minutes before NOT being helped and then leaving in frustration.

Yesterday back to Vodaworld: the waiting time is (again) 55 minutes. Holy mackerel... HOW MANY PROBLEM CASES MUST YOU POOR GUYS HAVE? Even the receptionist had to agree that logically, if I waited an hour in the morning "when we are not so busy" and an hour in the afternoon, things are going badly for you.

So I phoned again; the agent was very loath to assist, but then finally admitted that there were 2 notes lodged.
"WE WILL CONTACT YOU IN 24 HOURS..."

REMARKS:
- Your contracts/ kit all give major problems (hence the long queues at Customer care)
- you have NO idea how long 24 hours is
