Double charges once again and not response from yo

I bring up the billing query once again. There is no follow up from your side and its not sufficient to respond that issue was resolved: it had not been and you have too many conflicting stories from the call centre.

My internet usage for December has charges dating back to July for the same date and data usage but this time the times are different, a couple of seconds apart. You cannot blame CellC every time there is a query - my contract is with autopage.

Please can someone please follow up and call back in the stipulated time frame rather than me calling you.

I am really getting sick and tired of the company!!! yet i still pay
