Overcharge for data usage

In August 2013 i received my billing for my contract with cell, i picked up that there was a charge for R196 for Internet calls which is data usage. I call Cell c to query this. The response i got from my first attempt to resolve this was "Sir cellc free data doesn't cover the data used when your phone updates". Firstly That does not reflect anywhere in my contract and i wasn't told this when i took out my contract secondly my phone is set to update only over a wifi connection.

I called back to escalate the issue. I was contacted by a cellc employee who really got my blood boiling as she is telling me that i used 120MB that month and i tried to explain that i had 130mb free for the month so why was charged, she couldnt give me an answer and wasnt even prepared for the call as she didnt even have my statement in question with her. Fine even if i used 120mb more for the month you trying to tell me that 120mb cost R196. vodacom will give me 100mb for -R49

It is now 14 November and i havent had any feedback from cellc even after i had a cellc survey call about 2 weeks where the lady said she follow up with the incident
