FIX THIS PROBLEM ITS BEEN MORE THEN A MONTH!!

From the start of my contract i have been having really slow speed on the MTN uncapped light modem, 10-30kb/s is not what the customer service consultant said i will get. i was told 256kilo bytes/second and i am demanding it as a customer and on grounds of consumer act/law. another thing, my 3gb limit has not been reset, even though you system says it has, your system indicates that even thought its reset i used 16.8 gb data since the start of the new billing month, do the math, i cant do that much in 4 days, i have proof that i am not on that much. i also have proof regarding the speed that i was told i will get. i have not been able to use more then 100mb so far since the 14th of the month due to this really horrible low speed that i am being provided, now the customer service consultants each want to spin me a diffirent story. its horrible and pathetic. i cant work with this. either you cancel this contract on grounds of illegal action being performed from MTN's side or you FIX this problems to provent it from escalating to the consumer law section. its already on my list for:
providing false inormation
selling items based on false information
notproviding services correct
