Telkom Can not fix adsl line

My most recent fault reference number is 246cek170113. I applied for a adsl 384kb line about a year and ago and have had contant problems with this line. The maximum download speed ever achieved was 30kb. about a month ago i called and enquired way my line seems still to be at 384kb and not upgraded to 1mb as they claimed. A couple of days later i found that my speeds had increased 90kb on the supposed 1mb line. I have queried this speed as telkoms website indicates that my speeds should range from about 300kb to 1000kb!!! I I also have a prob that my router continously loses sync with the line. The dsl light flash about three times a day and i have to reset my router about twice. When it eventually works my adsl speed ranges from 2kb to 30kb on a 1mb adsl line. I continously report this but it never gets fixed All thay do is send me a sms that the line has tested correctly. i have purchased a new router and new cables but the problem persists. Now, i have realised that either telkom is incapable or unwilling to resolve this issue. If this is the case they should have the decency to inform me so that i can cancel this horrible service. My dsl light has started flickering again!
