Problems with connection speed

I've had my Uncapped Lite contract for about a month and a half now. The first month went well and I reach my 3Gb max, but after 13 March when it should have reset, I'm still stuck at 256kbps.
According to the MTN operators and technical consultants I've reached my limit. But it's only been 5 days since the 13th and I've only used about 88Mb in this time.
I pay for the 3Gb per month at proper speed and after that 256kbps, but I'm not getting what I'm paying for.
If I knew now that it was all false advertising I would have never signed that contract.
And even the 256kbps is a problem, cause I'm not even getting to that speed and there is no problem with my signal strength or connection.
If MTN does not keep their side of the contract in place, as I am doing (I'm PAYING), I will take further action.
And I've also lost about R100 of airtime spent in queing to speak to an operator, because I'm not on an MTN network cellphone.

I'm losing money trying to get MTN to fix their problem.
I am very dissatisfied and very dissappointed with the service that I'm getting from MTN.

Get the problem sorted (please don't make it my job to phone around and sort out by spoon feeding you)
