Extremely slow internet

I had Cell-C internet now - 4 months. Never needed to complain... Untill now. From Thursday (14/02/2013) my internet has been SUPER slow. It takes me over 2minutes to open the front page of Google (I timed it) By Saturday i could not take it anymore. Phoned the contact centre to be told that their is a "challenge" in North of Gauteng. Person told me that it would be fixed and ready by monday. Monday comes and still slow internet. Once again the call centre can not provide me with a time or even date that the problem will be solved? Just said Your ref nr is 479735 and told me i will have to wait till it is fixed? Cell-C speedtest show internet is so slow that i get Latency errors (taht cant be good) and when it DOES work my ping returns over 3000ms!! In any-ones books that is EXTREMLY slow. When will the "challenge" be fixed? I can barely open my e-mails or download documents. Some websites even kicks me off due to internet speed. Logged this complaint inder Cell-C connect and guess what!!! They a company that DOES NOT respond!! Imagine that. I would like some feedback as to when my internet will be back up to full speed!! I pay money for something i am not getting?
