MTN Uncapped Lite Package
I received my contract on 13/01/2013
after reaching 3GB Fair usage was employed and i was throttled to 256kbps.
hearing stories about their bad service i have phoned them to confirm when my fair usage will be reset
after about 20 calls & 20 emails i spoke to a lady on 14/02/2013 whom told me that yes my cap was supposed to be reset on the previous day and she will escalate the problem. 3 days later after constantly monitoring my connection speed i phoned again since nothing has been done. this time i was told that they already provisioned the 3GB on the 13th. This is an absolute LIE!! and now i have to wait until 13 March to log a querry when billing month ends!!! yet my partners' package hasn't been throttled at all although he has used more than 2 the data i did in the same period.
how do 2 mtn employees speak 2 different truths? one says i was supposed to be reset and the other says that i was. this is and i will be taking this up with the consumer protection as MTN is in breach of my contract. and that in the very first month of my contract. i expect no feedback from these pathetic bullS#^&@ers.
be warned DON'T fall for this package like i did
