Uncapped lite data dead slow

I took out a uncapped lite contract which is supposed to capped at high speed to 3GB and then it drops to (i was told, 128 kbps but still in 3g mode).
Well a few months ago i realized that the speeds were just not fast enough and i decided to run a speed test, and it was dead slow, so when i complained they told me that the reset counter didn't switch from slow to fast when the 31 days were over, which is the way it works automatically.
So they fixed it and it went more or less ok for about 3 to 4 months but now it happened again this week, its dead slow and when i went to the glen branch i was told that it never reset for this new month.
just ran another test and it downloads @ 1.11 Mbps and uploads @ 1.12 Mbps
So i'm paying for a service i'm unable to use because MTN don't care if it works or not... they should monitor their servers and avoid this type of problem.
Its enough now!!! Fix it!!!
