Promised Internet to be active but nothing

For 3 weeks my flatmate and I have tried to get Internet from Mweb! And guess what no luck yet! They have been always passing the buck that it is Telkom's fault! Since last week I have been in touch with Andre Oliver the CRM manager. Since last week which is 2 weeks after we placed the order I call in and say why haven't I been connected and the agent Brent and Craig say that telkom have rejected the order because the line is on prepaid! I confirmed with telkom that the line is post paid! Come Thursday Andre said he will investigate further and give me feed back by Friday and Friday I have to call in waste my time to get any response! Andre tells me by Monday he will give me news! So he does and tells me my Internet is working! So I check and still not active and billing department wants to charge me! I speak to Sandy and she says Andre has misinformed me! My Internet is still not working! I've been waiting for 3 weeks and mweb wants to charge me for something I still don't have! I want Andre to be brought to book for lying and not doing his job! All I want is my Internet! Thank you Sandy for claiming me down! This must be the worst service I have ever had!
