My first complaint came about because I was not able to get 3G service working correctly in my Area. I has various engineers come out and check the signal, device etc. After all the visits the service did not improve because I don't think they are able to due to to many people using the same towers. So simply put, they towers can provide you with 3G, you device can provide you with 3G, but only if everyone else in your area is dead or sleeping. I therefore requested that the agreement gets cancelled and I give the 3G device back. I was later called and asked when I would like the service to end, I requested the end of the month (28TH) as that would be when I could replace the internet service I require.

While using the internet on Saturday it suddenly stopped working? I called and was informed my bundle was finished 3Gig? But in the mean time had used R600 out of my bundle? Not being able to check the details (not internet), I checked at work and found they terminated my service on the 14th!!! useless, useless. will be calling them today again, but we all know what that is like. My bet is i get by them again. Lets wait and see... Unhappy face!!!
