I am shocked at dismayed at Mweb inability to supply their own services. Our company signed for Mweb Adsl package at R 900 per month, we have had internet for two weeks before the service went down. Mweb tells us telkom must repair the line, telkom tells us Mweb must sort their rooters out. We are with no internet access for over 3 months now but mweb is diligently collecting our money every month! telkom is double charging for the same service and neither company is taking responsibility for the non performance or non delivery. This collaboration between telkom and Mweb is clearly coming at the expense of the end users as myself. I am spending my mornings on hold with Mweb only to be passed from department to department this mornings call was about an hour. I was then asked to get a telkom technician at my premises and then phone the tech support at mweb so maybe they can sort my problem and when I asked surely the two companies will communicate with each other it cant be my job to coordinate them to give a service I pay for already I was told They were afraid I had to actually do just that. This is shocking and this inefficiency is costing time and money and choking small biz
