On Friday evening our internet service went down.
I spent 45 minute waiting at Mweb Customer Service System only to be told that I had to get put through to another section which was not on the web site and another 45 minutes waiting at the new number only to be told that this was a Telkom Fault.
I then spent a similar amount of time at Telkom reporting the fault only to be told that there was nothing wrong with the line. Telkom sent a technician to my house to verify that the line was working.
More communications with Mweb who are still insisting that the ADSL line is not functioning and it is a Telkom Fault.
I feel like the Piggy in the middle.
A colleague uses a similar told me that he had a similar problem and was without a business internet service for three weeks whilst Telkom and WEB try to divert blame to each other
Communications with MWEB are extremely frustrating as there are frequently very long waits at the end of a telephone line.
My Business is being adversly affected
