Mweb
No Internet service for 20 days

I reported a problem with the Internet connection at my home on the weekend of 15/16 Feb 2013. Since then the problem has still not be resolved and I have called numerous times to find out when the service will be working again. Apparently the problem is the Telkom line.
When I phoned the MWeb customer service department today to complain and find out whether my next MWeb bill will be reduced because of the lack of service, I was told that MWeb would still charge me the full amount even though they haven't delivered on their service agreement for nearly 3 weeks.
The fault logged at MWeb is issue number 1088580
