Hey there,

I have an iPhone, requested a data bundle on my website account - and since then I cannot use my web browser or any other browser based functionality of my phone (WhatsApp, E-mails, Etc). I phoned the call center - got put through to Customer Services, then to Activation Services (I believe my iPhone services got deactivated when I requested the databundle which I received a message that it is activated - but doesn't show that on the site) and then got put through to customer services again where I got put on hold. This happened twice. I still have no solution for my problem, and no service to solve this.
