WHY AM l BILLED FOR THE SERVICE THAT l DONT NEED

Good day am not happy with altech autopage firstly you want to bill me for the service that l dont need need why am l billed for the postage fee of R9.50 and after all i dont have a postal address i want this service removed ASAP as am going to take this further with the court of law or CPA .Secondly l just want to pay for the subcription only that i signed for the contract
