28/6/2013 Autopage call center phone me to add My Music, Lifestyle and Phone box. I clearly said I am not interested as my mother is using this contract and old and would not benefit from this. The next morning I logged on to my account pro and note is was activated. I wrote a letter and deactivated this services on the web. On my 1/8/2013 statement all this services was added again. I want to know how can somebody just add services to your account without consent. I phoned the call center and Vilot was not able to assist the supervisor was not available and I am await there call and my credit.
