Contract subscribers be damned

I need to vent my frustration at Vodacom, and their careless and lack of fortitude when it comes to contract subscribers.

Time and time again we hear of specials on call rates etc for vodacom users, but why is it that this applies only to prepaid customers?
are we the contract users just not worth the effort, wait i get it now, we are taken for granted.
Vodacom beware for the exodus will start.
