Cell C latest ads state "you have the right"! My!!! after having numerous issues with 8ta, i was so happy to return to Cell C as i never had an issue with them for years. unfortunately it appears that they are now also on the band wagon of delivering service with call center agents and make us pay for it. my bis has been off since Friday evening. since then till today we have only encountered absolute stupidity. even a customer care agent named Trevor stuttered when i asked for a refund due to not receiving what i am paying for and instead of him lodging a complaint on my behalf he makes me use more of my money to phone another cell c number to complain. i even had a technical agent named Mphumzile refuse to put me through to a manager which is my right as no one else was assisting me. she cut the call. im tired of in this country. were always being robbed by someone. well of to vodacom. lets see if there's some IQ left there. Cell C can keep my money that i payed for nothing. see it as a gift to produce more ads. and thanks for apologizing for the inconvience caused!!!
