Vodacom in breach of agreement

We lodged a complaint with Vodacom after we noticed that they were allowing unauthorised data charges to accumulate on a data contract. It was a 12month capped contract and in the month by month phase. They disputed this and we obtained copies of the agreement signed with them. This happened from July to October and in November we complained verbally and in writing and since then all we get is an email every two or three days confirming they will revert soonest. They have "opened" the contract for unlimited data without any authority, they are now in breach of contract and are ducking and diving! We are also now obtaining legal opinion in order to start litigation but they are not scared! So, all you Vodacom users and subscribers, keep your copies of all agreements and upgrades as this company is ready to pass transactions and admitted to such behaviour in a recent telephone call from their Client Support Supervisor!
