2 weeks, no loan phone, no help

I sent my phone in to be repaired at Eikestad mall, this was on Saterday the 2nd of Feb, I asked them to repair my phone under my MTN insurance and to provide me with a Loan Phone ASAP, as I need it urgently for work, they told me the repair centre would call me by Wednesday the 6th to report on the repair state but that there were currently no Loan Phones available, Thursday passed and no response, I went back to Eikestad mall and was eagerly helped with my inquiry, they called the repair centre who only responded that they would get back to me soon. It's now 18th of Feb and no one has contacted me, no Loan Phone has been arranged for me, I have asked for assistance on the MTN facebook page, they gave me the repair centres number, I called them but they found nothing under my number or my IMEI code. They redirected me back to EIkestad Mall's MTN number, but I ended up with a number for a MTN in Bloemfontein. It's been 16 days already, I need a phone! I can't stress the urgency of this case, and the lack of help MTN has provided.
