Lack of network service and dropped calls

I pay Vodacom a vast amount of money every month and in return for that vast sum of money I expect that I should be able to utilise my cellular phone when I need to. Throughout my contract I have experienced numerous dropped calls (on average 2 a day). I find this completely unacceptable as I do a considerable amount of business whilst on the phone and I have not once received an apology from Vodacom for this.

I feel that Vodacom should have a department which monitors dropped calls of all their users and when Vodacom realises how many subscribers suffer from dropped calls, then they would actually realise that their services do not warrant their exorbitant costs.

I hope that a representative from Vodacom reads this and at least considers this considering the fact that their customers pay extreme amounts for a defective service.
