Vodacom signal unusable at home

My wife and I are both Vodacom subscribers for over 16 years.

We recently moved to our new house and found the Vodacom reception to be horrible. Calls would drop and it is impossible to have a conversation as the person on the other end would not be able to hear us at all. Same for any Vodacom subscribers visiting us, they experience the same symptoms.

I logged a fault with Vodacom (Service request no. A5-ZPIQ-7FVD) and after 3 weeks I received a call stating that Vodacom is aware of the problem, and they have no immediate plans to improve the signal in our area. Vodacom's solution to my problem was that I should go buy myself a signal booster.

Why should I go spend money for Vodacom's inability to deliver the service they charge me for?

If Vodacom cant supply me with decent signal in a well settled suburb in Pretoria East, I'd like to know how they will relief me from my contract so I can go with another service provider that does offer decent reception, as the horrible signal at home is negatively impacting my business and I can't afford to miss anymore calls.
