OK, I filed a complaint almost two weeks ago on hellopeter. The representative from MTN finally got back to me and said that I needed to called the help centre, which I did. It took me 1 hour on the phone to explain the situation and resolve a few of the many billing problems I have had with MTN. I logged a request for MTN to refund me the money that they from me, and I have as yet not heard from them again!
I took out the contract from Cavendish square, I spoke to the manager of the store, Yaseen, a week ago, he promised to resolve the issue for me on Monday. I tried to email him on Tuesday to follow-up. It is now Sunday, this is getting to the point where it is completely ridiculous!
I would like to cancel my contract.
And I would like to file the paperwork as if I have never signed the contract, because MTN has given me absolutely service since I signed my contract. They money from me and does not pay back.
I have tried my utmost best to give MTN a chance to resolve the problems, yet no one comes back to me, not with a solution, not with a progress update, all!
This is completely ridiculous!
MTN: please don't respond with "you can call the helpdesk at XXX"
