MTN POTCHEFSTROOM IS A JOKE!

I have been with MTN since 2000. Why I haven't died of a heart attack yet is a wonder! The service of Potchefstroom's MTN Branch at the Mooiriver Mall is horrible! One needs to take several pills to calm yourself and make ready to stand in a line for 30 minutes. I have never been to that branch where I did not have to stand in a line for less than 30 minutes and I have several contracts at MTN. The branch is EXTREMELY understaffed and the staff who works there are VERY slow in their service and will walk out to go and buy something personal even though the line is full of people. There is no place for old people to sit -- they also have to stand in line -- and the staff does not disclose all the information regarding the contracts. They do not explain it to people and subsequently customers do not know what they let themselves into. An example of this is a lady who bought an internet contract under the impression that it's prepaid but got billed at the end of the month for every MB she went over. This has been going on for MONTHS and I am sure I am not the first to complain about this branch.
