Data bundle not added to new contract

I recently opened a new contract at the end of November with MTN for an iPhone 5 on Anytime 100. The contract stated, that at a cost of R329 a month, I would receive 300 MB data, R100 airtime and 25 SMSs each month.

Last month my bill was just over R990 for the month as data was not added to my contract and I was paying for the 300 MB of data I used at out-of-bundle rates. I have lodged a complaint at MTN Cavendish store (where the customer service is absolutely shocking) and have heard nothing back in over a month. I laid another complaint at a different MTN store and was contacted a few days later telling me I now need to get in touch with MTN Head office to resolve the issue!

This is absolutely ridiculous, I am not prepared to pay for something that I was assured would be associated with my contract. I am not willing to lay another complaint at MTN Cavendish as the service is horrible. I need this rectified ASAP and for my account to be credited for overcharged data usage.
