Vodacom have become greedy!!

I would like to know why when I renewed my contract 3 months ago the document that I signed stated that I would be paying R469 per month, since then my bill has been over R700 and this month its sitting at R1000!! if I knew this would be the case, I would not have signed the contract in the first place.

I would like an explanation as Vodacom is in breach of this contract that I have signed which clearly states that the amount payable every month is R469.

Furthermore I have called Vodacom time and time again and I cannot seem to get anybody to explain themselves or try and help me to resolve the issue.

I was promised by a consultant that I would be migrated to a different contract as well as my phone be exchanged for something else as it has broken twice in three months, after not hearing anything further for the next few days I called to enquire about this promise that was made to me and suddenly nobody knew what was going on or who the person was that I spoke to.

At this point I would rather give the phone back, cancel the contract altogether and go to another service provider. I have never had such bad service from ANY company in my entire life.. UNACCEPTABLE
