Vodacom Chatz store - Onverwacht

Peter was asked from my side to generate a qoute on the iphone 5 as I am ready for upgrade. On 13Feb2013 he told me qoute is successfully generate and that the phone will arrive on the 14Feb2013 or 15Feb2013. On the 15Feb I received a call from him saying they will only get the iphone on Monday the 18th Feb. as I clearly stated to him that I'm leaving 17Feb to pretoria and that is the reason why I asked how long before the phone will arrive. I then said I cannot wait till monday I am not in lephalale then. He said he will cancel the qoute and I agreed. Now I have tried to generate a qoute at a pretoria branch and they cannot because peter hasn't cancelled the qoute. Now on a sunday the store in onverwacht phone juat rings and they store are closed, after he said he will cancel it. I'm so fed up with all the vodacom store in lephalale the funny things is there are 3stores...
Like any client it is an exciting thing to upgrade and would expect great service. Now I must wait longer to receive my iphone.
