I went into the Galleria store to see what was on offer on the upgrade of my existing contract. R Warner assisted me and told me that I could get the 9380 on a special on my contract and I would still pay the same amount every month. I checked with her that I would be paying the same amount every month - R199 - and she said yes. I was never informed that I would have to pay any more than R199 as it was a "special offer"
I have since been billed with an extra R100 every month, to my suprise. I lodged my complaint 2 weeks ago and Londiwe tried to contact me and left a message, and now refuses to return any of my call backs. There are a few "monthly commitments/ payments" on the contract which is confusing and it was not explained to us on signing. Having been informed by my salesperson that I would only be paying R199 per month we happily signed the contract. I cannot afford to pay for more than this and had I know it would have been more I would have happily selected a different contract that fitted my strict budget. I have since tried to contact Londiwe at least 4 times during the week and she will not take my calls. This whole situation is shocking and unaceptable Ref No:2884409
