Misrepresentation of Contract Fees by Call Centre

I received a call from Vodacom about my one contract that is on a 135 minute Top Up. I was informed that they will migrate my contract from Top Up to the Smart service. The cost of the contract for the Smart contract would be R199 per month for 24 months. I would receive 75 minutes, 150 SMS's and 75MB of data. I asked 2 times specifically if the BIZ would be included in the tariff or R199 and they confirmed that this would be the case. I then asked if the total account would be R199 or if there would be any add on's. The lady confirmed that the total amount would be R199 per month. I now registered on My Vodacom and saw that the amount loaded was for R262 for the end of March. I phoned the migration call centre again and spoke to Roxanne. She cancelled the migration and said the BIZ was indeed an add on. I was assured the call was recorded and wanted her to correct the amount per month to R199 including BIZ as offered to me. She said that I should be satisfied that this is cancelled. I am not satisfied as this was a total misrepresentation and if I did not check my account, the amout would have gone of my cheque account. I want feedback on how this will be resolved
