I took a contract with Virgin mobile beginning of 2013. The contract special at the time was R199/month. However, the employee told me it would be R299/month for the first 3 months then changed back to R199 because of an unpaid account during the credit check.
I have been to the store 3 times to:
1. get my account billing amended
2. get my previous number back
3. the contract stipulated that I would get 200mb of data/ month, I only get 100MB
4. find out about getting a refund, if possible

Besides being at the store so often, I have also logged complaints online on their website, no response!!
