On Sunday 29 Sep 13 I visited the outlet to inquire on upgrading of my contract. After I had to correct my information which was captured incorrectly by the operator another assistant informed me that I could upgrade the following day and he advised me on the best deal for my requirement, which I appreciated. I was also informed that the current contract, every day weekend, was discontinued and I will forfeit the minutes I saved up.
On We 02 Oct 13 I made a special effort to go for the upgrade of my contract. Only then I was informed that I have to wait till 21 Dec13 because I am upgrading to a lower tariff package and to my calculation, I am on the same amount, because R135 plus R64 = R199 on my BB contract.
I want to upgrade to S3 Topup @ R199.
I am disappointed that I was not either properly informed or accommodated.
