8ta Incorrectly billing

Two months ago my contract expired with 8ta. I had the 10gigs contract wherein I was paying R199 a month. A sales consultant contacted me to renew my contract. However she was offering me 10gigs at night and 10 gigs during the day for R199. Initially she advised me that the contract is R299 however I will be discounted and will be paying R199 a month as they had a special. I was debited on my account of R299 in the month of October wherein i complained and was issued with a reference number 6890178. The agents advised me that it was a common problem for all customers with this type of query. On Saturday the 30th of November, I spoke to an agent Zethembiso who advised me and assured me that the billing was done incorrectly and that I will be billed only R99 due to the over billing. I then requested to speak to a manager wherein I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. The manager's name is Tebogo. The call then cut and no one contacted me back. Again I phoned this morning and got through to Dekeledi, She then dropped the phone on me as I demanded to speak to manager. This is totally unaccepatable service. If not sorted out, I will lay a complaint with the Credit Ombudsman. Ahmed
