STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AND CANCELLATION!!

On Friday 6 December I bought a Cell C internet dongle at their Branch in Longbeach Mall. I was told there would be coverage in my area. I tried the next few hours to get internet, and it kept disconnecting after every minutes. I can't work like that. The very next day, 7 Dec I took it back. Llewellyn served me - I have never come across such an impolite, blase "I really don't care" attitude from a salesperson! I said I was within my 7 day period, required by the Consumer Protection Act, to take this dongle back. I don't want it as it doesn't work (they tested it in the shop and it didn't work either!). He told me he will send it back to check for damage and in 5-6 days I will get my refund. Well it's now the 18 December, I've had NO refund of the R119 I had debited off my account and NO cancellation of my contract! I was called by Cell C after complaining on Twitter yesterday and was promised an "investigation". I DON'T want the dongle!! I want my refund and cancellation of the contract! It didn't inspire confidence seeing your manager in the Vodacom shop either - apparently all Cell C staff have Vodacom contracts. Do I need to lodge a complaint with the various ombuds???!!!
