MWEBs "uncapped" service isn't uncapped

I have been on Mweb uncapped 1meg adsl for over 2 yrears. The reason why I have an uncapped connection is because I do alot of downloading. I received an email which stated:

"Your current ADSL usage pattern shows repeated instances of continuous bulk downloads over prolonged periods. This is in contravention of our Acceptable Use Policy as defined below:
o You may not restrict, inhibit or interfere with the ability of any person to access, use or enjoy the Internet or the any services, or create an unusually large burden on our network, including, without limitation, continuously uploading or downloading streaming video or audio; continuous FTP uploading or downloading, or otherwise generating levels of traffic sufficient to impede others"

I find this rather odd that after being a customer for over 2 years, during which time they have not informed me once that I have been disadvantaging other Mweb users yet my internet habits have remained more or less concurrent.

Later in the email is says: "To review our Unshaped ADSL product range, please click here."

This is a blatant attempt to force users to switch to the more expensive unshaped option and I find this unethical
