Cell C
Cancellation of contract

It seems that not responding to cancellation of contracts is the norm for Cell C. I have tried cancelling 2 contracts since mid July and no response to any of the emails sent to customer service. I have called them and was given another email address and still no response. Today I went in to a Cell C store to check if accounts was closed... no record of any emails sent and the accounts are still active. Hopefully, since the cancellation was now done in store, my request will be acknowledged and resolved.
