Cell C
FED up with dongle that does not work properly

I have a contract with Cell C where I use a dongle and get 2 Gig data per month. After NUMEROUS complaints and requests, my dongle still only works (and not only properly) after 20h00 at night. The only thing they always ask me is where I stay (in order for them to check the coverage), but the coverage is not the problem (I live next to a huge shopping centre)- the problem is that they cannot cope with the amount of people using their services during day time, thus I have to pay for a service that only works at night and I cannot even always count on that. When I tell them where I live they merely tell me I must take my dongle to Cell C. I am so fed up with this, I cannot wait to cancel my contract and I wil NEVER EVER make use of Cell C ever again. They are useless.
