Cell C
9 days after first complaint, still no conclusion

You request will be resolved in 48 hours? Yeah, right! 9 days later I still have no feedback from Cell C with regards to my contract cancellation. Where is the 48 hour turnaround I was promised? I am totally disgusted with Cell C. I am giving Cell C until Monday before I take it to the Ombudsman.
Thanks Cell C, for being the worse service provider in SA.
