I refer to Cell C's reply (Tues 13 August) to my 2nd complaint wherein Cell C said they had requested Ruth to urgently follow up on my complaint and that she would contact me in due course. Needless to say this has not been done and it is over a week that I have been waiting patiently to allow Cell C the opportunity of rectifying my incorrect debit. Surely a week is more than enough time to resolve my matter which Cell C promised to do. This is my 3rd complaint on Hellopeter pertaining to this problem I have. It is quite clear that Cell C are not taking me seriously and I can only describe this as a "couldn't care less attitude" on their part. I also said that if I didn't have a response within 48 hours to my second complaint I would be taking legal action against Cell C. Well in fact I have given them 7 days and still no joy. I will be contacting my Attorney on Thursday 22 August to begin proceedings against Cell C if they have not had the courtesy to reply to me and my problem resolved to my satisfaction. I certainly would not recommend anybody to Cell C after these horrific experiences and I promise Cell C have lost a very good customer forever.
