I called the customer call center on Wednesday 31 August, as I had a problem with the super recharge. I had recharged several times, and had several cell c to cell c minutes remaining. I phoned my mother who also has a cell c account. Instead of using the free cell c to cell c minutes, it used up my airtime.

I was told that my issue would be investigated and resolved in 24-48 hours. I called again on Friday afternoon. There was still no feedback on their system. I was told I should be able to get feedback on Monday.

When calling today, I was told I have to wait 7-10 working days. I find this totally unacceptable.

I have gone over my cell budget for the month.

I also do not know how long this has been carrying on. I had called in to complain either i9n the last art of last year or early part of this year. I still did not get feedback from this, but thought that the problem was solved.

I find it totally displeasing not to get feedback as I was told I would get
