Cell C is one of the worse service provider ever!!! They cant advice me what was downloaded on black berry world and I am using a Samsung galaxy S3 that is not even ccompatible. I requested for the ombudsman contact details which they would have sent through. Nothing received. I requested for my contract to be changed to top up its already more than 48 hours and it's still not done. Cell C is just there for the money and no customer service at all!!!
