Contract Cancellation

I am disgusted at teh service i receive from Cell C
This is the second complaint and i received no response from Cell c.
I took out a contract a few weeks ago, teh phomne was dead and i returned it the next day!!!
I asked that the contract be cancelled as i was disatisfied with teh service i received and the fact that i received a dead phone!!!
i was told it will take 7 days to cancel and refund my money.

its now been 4 weeks, i never receive feedback from Zain or cell c.
ic all today only to fiind out that theres issues surrounding my contract and cell c doesnt want to end it!!

This is absurd and unless cell c cancels this contracts i will go to teh consumer complaints baord tor eport this shoddy behaviou
