UNAUTHORISED DEBIT OF MY ACCOUNTS

On 2nd November 2012 I was contact by the call centre agent Pearl who wanted to cell me a contract with unlimited voice calls. I was sceptical and she advised that she will give me a quote. On completion I received an email of an order confirmation dated 02 November 2012 10h59. I immediately contacted Elite mobile and spoke to Denzil Naicker and advised him that I was misguided by the call centre agent as she advised that she was giving me a quote. He advised that he has cancelled my order and I received an email about his service.
You have taken miney from my account in December and january without my permission and have cost me additonal money to reverse the January transactions.
