I applied for an alcatel 585 with elite mobile from Vodacom, fine the phone was delivered then advised that it will be activated after 48 working hours, 48 hours passed to the whole week no activation, no cell number and no network at all. I called elite mobile spoke to Natasha who processed the account and promised to deal with the situation a week again passes then I requested that they cancel my contract, advised that its cancelled and the email will be sent to Vodacom for cancellation . a month passed then instead of receiving a confirmation letter that the contract is cancelled I get a statement that my account is in arrears and I will be handed over to lawyers. I was frustrated and called Vodacom spoke to Thandi she said no email was received from elite, called elite again spoke to Charlene who said the same thing Natasha said, spoke to Shannon promised again now I just received another statement showing amounts that do not make sense because I never used their airtime no their sim card I even bought myself another phone cash . please help me as no one from this two parties is wiling to help me.
