Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini Deal

I went into the 4U store at Westgate to take advantage of an offer in the 4U specials magazine on the front page edition 8:7 November to 8 December 2013 which was for an S4Mini for R239 PM with a big red bubble attached saying 2X SAMSUNG FLIP COVERS! I thought great that means that I do not have to buy a cover. When I inquired about this with the salesman he said that they had not recieved stock of the purple S4 with the covers from head office. Now that is definitely not my problem. The book states that with an S4 Mini you get a flip cover, it does not specify in any way that the covers are only with the white and black S4 Mini's it simply says while stocks last... well if the 4U store in Westgate never received stock at all that does not mean you are out of stock it simply means that the deal has not been fulfilled. I would like my two free covers with my purple S4 Mini as stated in the brochure and I am not taking no for an answer because in essence I am paying for it with this contract. The brochure says I get the covers and I have gotten the salesman at the Westgate 4U branch to sign my brochure stating that I did not receive the covers.
