Telkom SA Poor Service

I have reported a fault on my line since November 2012 till today no resolution.

I also been given reference numbers that are not helping:

Telkom is really taking its customers for a ride. The CEO is sitting enjoying tax payers money and doing nothing in return. Telkom SA is a sinking ship with no captain!!!
