I reported my ADSL line not working on the 4th Dec and then on the 7 dec and still no one has attended to it. Telkom then escalated the call but still no one has attended to it. I received a SMS saying that the line was fixed, but still not working, I replied to the sms as requested that the line was still not working, however no one from Telkom has attended to this. The logged numbers are 555998507, 556034194 and the escalation no is F 178289. If this line is not attended to by Saturday 14 Dec, I will be taking your ADSL modem, and your free Telkom mobile modem and be delivering it to the telkom store in Alberton. I will be also closing this account because Telkom's employees are absolutely useless.By the way this is my 3rd complaint from September 2103
