Dear Telkom
This is not a complaint but a very humble request. Our line was reported faulty on the 9 January 2013. For the
past 3 days I have been sitting at home waiting for telkom but to no avail. Because my wife and I will be finally
return to work on Monday there will no one at home to receive oyour tegnicin. There wec humbly request from you i could send someone today to fix our line.
